Our Site and products are intended for teens and adults ages 13 and older. If you are under 18, you may make a purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

Our bows, scrunchies, journal accessories, and keychains are handmade in small batches, so color, size, pattern placement, and finish may vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not defects.

Product safety. Our products are designed for teens and adults and are not intended for children 12 and under. They may contain small parts, clips, and attachments. Keep them away from young children, as they could pose a choking hazard. Do not wear while sleeping. Stop using any item that becomes loose or damaged.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship your item. We may limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or items that are no longer available. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll issue a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by our e-commerce and payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these Terms. Please review them before you order.

Custom orders are made to your specifications. We'll confirm the details, price, and estimated timeline with you before we begin. Custom orders are final sale once production starts, except for damage or defects as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. By sending us designs, images, or ideas for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them to make your order.

All content on the Site, including our name, logo, designs, photos, and text, belongs to Ate's Bows and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with how it works, attempting to access it without authorization, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ate's Bows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
